Time

is money.

Most expensive apartments in the capital of Poland are growing despite the -12 Celsius outside the window. Apartments from 32 to nearly 200 sq meter, prices from $670.000 to over $2 million. For that you'll get filtered air, filtered water, fresh bread every morning, cleaning service, huge traffic around, no public transport like tube within 1 mile, Hilton's windows 5 meters away from your window and no place to park for your guests. Oh, and 10 year membership at the local gym. And still you can consider it as a bargain - since local currency slipped to the dollar 50% since last June - you'd look at prices from $1 million to $3 million a flat.

Global crisis.
